Ruck sack or weighted vest:
- Male: recommended 30 lbs.
- Female: minimum 10 lbs.
- All kids under 12 years: no minimum requirement

Roll (option 1): starts at 05:00 p.m. (45 minutes at Gracie Barra Fulshear)
Run (5K or 10K): starts at 06:00 p.m.
Ruck (5K or 10K): starts at 06:10 p.m.
Roll (option 2): starts at 07:15 p.m. (45 minutes at Gracie Barra Fulshear)
